PURPOSE:

To ensure the delivery of efficient, reliable and seamless operations through service excellence, regulatory compliance, effective resource utilisation, sound financial management and employee engagement, while establishing and promoting the highest operational standards and best practices, achieving the Company’s safety, quality and performance objectives, delivering a comfortable, friendly and dependable travel experience for customers, and positioning the Company as a world-class RTS operator within the financial controls and limits set by the CEO.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business/Transport Management. 
– Minimum 10 years of experience in railway operations with team management responsibilities. 
– Knowledge of railway regulations and safety management. 
– Ability to adapt to international lifestyles and working methods. 
– Proficiency in written and spoken English.
