PURPOSE

To provide IT support by preparing PCs for new employees, connecting and troubleshooting printers, assisting with O365 applications, managing ServiceNow tickets, delivering LAN/WAN support, and supporting mobile device setup.

REQUIREMENTS

•  Completed Degree/Diploma in IT
•  1 year work experience in a similar role will be an advantage
•  Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
•  Solid understanding of core principles within your field of study
•  Computer literacy, MS Office essential (Technical software is advantageous)
•  Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a technical environment
•  Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
•  Team player
