- 8+ years at senior management level in the collections and legal recovery industry
- Proven track record of delivering collection and recovery performance across acquired portfolios
- Ability to advise the COO and C-suite and lead multiple layers of leadership
- Expert knowledge of the NCA, Debt Collectors Act, Consumer Protection Act, Prescription Act and the court acts
- Command of campaign, dialler and workforce management frameworks
- Fluency in IPM, AC, revenue, ERC and GP, and in the financial statement impact ofamortisation
