REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a credible university
- 1-2 years of experience in solar PV maintenance, preferably within the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) sector
- Proven experience with troubleshooting and asset management of solar power systems, especially in large-scale installations
- Experience with solar monitoring platforms and analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills to report issues and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external contractors
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in troubleshooting and system repair scenarios
- A commitment to honesty, hard work, and a passion for renewable energy
- Valid Driver’s License
