PURPOSE:

To lead the end-to-end commercial performance, optimisation and governance of all asset-backed recovery portfolios

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Commerce, Economics or Law with a Management qualification; postgraduate qualification advantageous
• Minimum 7 years’ experience, including 5 years in legal collections at senior management level
• Strong commercial acumen, digital and systems literacy, and a client and stakeholder-centric approach
• Strong leadership and management skills, with strategic thinking, accountability, decisiveness, and a strong ethical and governance focus
