PURPOSE

To lead Finance Transformation growth by managing sales, teams, clients, and delivery to meet business and ethical targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Commerce, preferably Accounting, Business Management or Business Administration
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Financial Management
• At least 5 years in Sales/Business Development at Senior Management level or above. Executive Level experience is advantageous
• Expert knowledge of Finance Transformation + experience running large-scale projects and leading large teams
• Experience in costing/estimating, negotiation, risk assessment in management consulting
• Ability to provide value-added solutions across other lines of service
• Proven Sales Management, Business principles, budgeting and financial modeling experience
