PURPOSE
To ensure that the company gets paid on time, manages its credit risk effectively, and maintains healthy cash flow while protecting customer relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or National Diploma in Credit Management or Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years’+ Credit Control and CRM Experience
• Strong experience in collecting outstanding debts professionally and within agreed timelines
• Proficiency in MS Office packages i.e. Ms Word, Excel, Outlook
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Sage 300 / Accpac
• Strong reconciliation, accounts receivables reporting & analysis
• Credit management policies and procedures knowledge
• Familiarity with automation tools (advantage)
• Good understanding of the order-to-cash process
