Customer Service Consultant

PURPOSE
To improve client experience by assisting with communication between Owners and the Board of Trustees, handling Owner and Body Corporate queries, and directing issues to the relevant department for resolution.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 or GED, plus a Sectional Title course and an Admin/Computer course. A Higher Certificate or Diploma is a plus.
- Previous experience in the property industry.
- 3+ years’ experience in administration, customer service, problem solving, and dispute resolution.
- Exposure to bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
