PURPOSE

To lead and deliver large-scale transformation programmes that drive strategic organisational change.

REQUIREMENTS:

PMP certification
Extensive experience leading ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Proven track record as Programme Lead on large-scale transformation programmes
Strong understanding of programme governance and delivery frameworks
Experience managing multi-vendor, cross-functional delivery environments
Financial and commercial programme management experience has context menu
Ability to manage complex, multi-year programmes

PURPOSE
To lead and deliver strategic business transformation initiatives that drive organisational change and performance improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Science or a related discipline
Postgraduate qualification (e.g. MBA or equivalent)
Minimum 8 years’ experience in consulting and/or industry roles related to strategy, transformation or change
Relevant certifications: TOGAF, Project Management, Agile, Lean Six Sigma or similar
Experience delivering transformation initiatives within Consumer Products, Retail and/or FinTech
Ability to leverage AI to drive efficiency and quality in day-to-day work
Willingness to travel based on client and engagement needs
