Bookkeeper and Administrator

PURPOSE
To provide accurate and timely financial information and support financial record preparation and business decision-making, using strong Pastel and financial data skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar position
Experience in bookkeeping, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable
Knowledge of payroll, tax returns and financial audits
Strong administrative, organisational and communication skills
Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Pastel

Code 14 Driver

REQUIREMENTS:

Valid Code 14 / EC Driver’s Licence
Valid PrDP / PDP
Valid Hazchem Certificate
Relevant fuel tanker/heavy vehicle driving experience
Experience transporting dangerous goods or fuel

To provide end‑to‑end Human Resources support across operations, covering administration, recruitment, training, performance and talent management, and employee relations including formal representation.

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree/Diploma in HR or Industrial Psychology
5–7 years HR experience at junior/mid‑management level
Proven labour relations management track record
Experience with SAGE People and other HRIS systems
Strong HR expertise in administration, recruitment, training, performance, talent and change management, employee relations, and labour legislation (LRA)
Proficient in MS Office; skilled in SAGE 300, ReMeasure, Lexis Nexis checks, Graylink e‑recruitment, and HR software
Excellent interpersonal skills with influence, persuasion, and ability to command respect

Maintenance Contract Supervisor – Control & Instrumentation

PURPOSE:

To manage maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance, safety, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness while overseeing contractor performance, asset reliability, and continuous improvement across infrastructure.

REQUIREMENTS:

Electrical Engineering qualification (BTech/BEng/BSc) with project/contract management training
7–10 years’ maintenance experience in light current systems (PLCs, instrumentation, BMS, SCADA)
Expertise in automation, fire detection, access control, building systems, and safety management
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience managing outsourced maintenance contracts; proficiency in Maximo CMMS
Valid driver’s license with safe manual driving experience
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English

Transition Planner

PURPOSE

To lead O&M transition and mobilization, oversee modernization projects, and control mobilization budget

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field
Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or advanced Planning Scheduling credentials (e.g., Primavera P6 certification)
More than 3 years of demonstrable planning experience on construction, services, or upgrade projects
Fluent in English

Maintenance Electrical Manager

PURPOSE

To maintain electrical and electromechanical assets by ensuring safety, reliability, and performance, while implementing maintenance standards, overseeing contractors, and managing resources to deliver effective asset management plans.

REQUIREMENTS:

B.Eng. or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
ECSA Professional Engineer or Technologist
At least 8 years’ relevant experience in maintenance operations
Comprehensive knowledge of the railway industry at an international level
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage staff at all levels and board members, delegate effectively, supervise and control operations, and make sound decisions through negotiation
Fluent in English
