Head: Asset Backed Recoveries

PURPOSE:

To lead the end-to-end commercial performance, optimisation and governance of all asset-backed recovery portfolios

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Commerce, Economics or Law with a Management qualification; postgraduate qualification advantageous
Minimum 7 years’ experience, including 5 years in legal collections at senior management level
Strong commercial acumen, digital and systems literacy, and a client and stakeholder-centric approach
Strong leadership and management skills, with strategic thinking, accountability, decisiveness, and a strong ethical and governance focus

Risk Analyst – Investment Performance Measurement & Attribution

PURPOSE:

To provide specialist expertise in model development, validation, quantitative research, portfolio optimisation, and related investment functions.

REQUIREMENTS:

Postgraduate degree (NQF 8) in Finance, Engineering, Investment Management, Risk Management, Econometrics or a related field, with a Master’s degree in a relevant field being advantageous
5–8 years’ relevant experience in investment management or financial services, including at least 2 years’ experience in portfolio management, financial risk, model development or financial markets
CFA, CIPM, PRM or FRM qualification is advantageous
Knowledge of GIPS® is advantageous
Strong academic research capabilities
Proficiency in R, Python or MATLAB and Microsoft Office Suite

Exhibition Stand Builder

PURPOSE

To build, finish and install custom exhibition stands and structures to a high standard.

REQUIREMENTS

3–5 years’ experience in exhibition stand building, shopfitting or fabrication
Strong carpentry and joinery skills
Ability to read technical drawings and take accurate measurements
Experience in constructing and installing exhibition stands and display structures
Proficient in power tools and workshop machinery
Strong finishing skills and attention to detail
Automotive/corporate exhibition experience advantageous
Experience constructing custom exhibition stands, counters, walling, plinths, display units, stages and branded structures

Junior Legal Counsel

PURPOSE

To provide legal, risk and insurance support across contracts, claims, governance, and regulatory compliance.

REQUIREMENTS

LLB Degree
Completed Articles or equivalent legal, risk or compliance experience
Strong drafting and contract interpretation skills
International legal frameworks knowledge (Advantageous)
Strong attention to detail, prioritisation and deadline management
Commercial law or contract drafting exposure
Logistics, supply chain or maritime industry exposure

Code 14 Driver

REQUIREMENTS:

Valid Code 14 / EC Driver’s Licence
Valid PrDP / PDP
Valid Hazchem Certificate
Relevant fuel tanker/heavy vehicle driving experience
Experience transporting dangerous goods or fuel

Head: Insights and Client Enablement

PURPOSE:
To lead Insights & Client Enablement by delivering predictive scorecards, automated reporting, and AI-driven insights that drive collections excellence and connect outcomes with senior stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

Postgraduate qualification (NQF Level 8+) in Business Intelligence, Strategy, Data Science, or Operations Management
Certification in AI-enabled analytics platforms, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), or quality management frameworks
8+ years’ experience in collections strategy, business intelligence, or operational analytics
Minimum 3 years in senior management or Head-level leadership
Proven ability to deliver executive-level performance insights, lead QA frameworks in financial services, implement AI for workforce efficiency, manage blended human-AI models, analyze campaign and dialer performance across verticals, and govern scorecard-driven cadences for resource optimization
Strong capability in AI-driven reporting, workforce and collections strategy design, governance frameworks, and resource optimization through data-led insights and executive storytelling
