Sales and Business Development Representative
PURPOSE
To drive brand presence and revenue growth across retail, wholesale, and foodservice channels by securing new listings, expanding sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring consistent in-store execution through product sampling and brand awareness initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
» 3–5 years’ experience in FMCG sales or business development
» Proven ability to secure listings and grow accounts
» Experience across multiple trade channels is advantageous
» Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
» Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability
» Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
» Strong commercial mindset with a focus on results
» Relationship-driven and confident communicator
» Well-organised and disciplined in execution
» Proactive and able to operate independently
» Adaptable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
