PURPOSE:
To ensure efficient, compliant, and timely management of all import and export shipment activities by overseeing service provider performance, maintaining accurate shipment documentation and lead times, verifying customs compliance, and providing responsive support to customer queries within defined service standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree. 
• Minimum of 2 year’s supervisory experience in an automotive parts business with warehouse related processes. 
• Product knowledge of genuine parts for heavy duty vehicles and buses. 
• Knowledge of SAP (ESA). 
• Leadership and organisational skills. 
• Good report writing skills. 
• Analytical and strategic skills to identify problems thereafter solve them. 
• Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
