PURPOSE

To prepare monthly management accounts within stipulated deadlines and to ensure that general ledger reconciliations are completed accurately and timeously.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BCom or Accounting Diploma
• Additional accounting or bookkeeping coursework
• 2 – 3 years accounting experience
• Cost and management accounting experience within the retail and property sector
• Strong proficiency in reconciliations
• Knowledge of basic accounting concepts and procedures including account reconciliation
• Knowledge of related computer applications
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
