PURPOSE

To ensure compliance, governance and audit readiness across the B-BBEE portfolio.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Governance, Compliance, Risk Management, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification or certification in Compliance, Governance, B-BEE or Risk Management
• 3-5 years’ experience in Legal, Compliance, Governance, Risk or Internal Audit
• Experience supporting audits, regulatory reporting and B-BEE verification processes
• Strong contract administration and compliance monitoring experience
• Exposure to supplier due diligence, risk management and internal control reviews
• Experience working with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Procurement and Audit stakeholders
• Exposure to EEIP, ESD programmes and implementation partners
