PURPOSE:
To lead modular building manufacturing operations through hands-on and strategic management, ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, streamlining fabrication, and optimizing the supply chain while upholding safety and driving continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience within manufacturing or modular construction. (Factory experience within similar industries is advantageous).
• Solid understanding of modular building systems, construction processes, and material requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software (with SYRINX, SAP or similar).
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety compliance.
• Literate in CRM applications.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft applications including MS Project.
