PURPOSE:
To manage all technical and operational aspects of the facility, including HSE, services, maintenance, utilities, and sustainability, while overseeing HR, financial management, operations processes, and tenant engagement.

REQUIREMENTS: 
– Degree/ B-tech in Facilities Management/ Engineering/ Built Environment Disciplines.
– Post-graduate qualification in Facilities Management/ Engineering/ Built Environment Disciplines.
– Minimum 10 years’ experience in Operations Management.
– Minimum 5 years retail shopping Centre experience.
– Technical knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Fire systems, Building fabric, OSH Act.
– Proven experience in technical facilities management, utility operations, and budget oversight, combined with strong project and contract management skills to ensure regulatory compliance and exceptional customer relations.
